Welcome to Cuptime.co (“CupTime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by CupTime Trading W.L.L., a company registered in the State of Qatar. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cuptime.co website, including browsing our products, placing orders, and using any services we offer such as machine sales, coffee supplies, technical support, and maintenance services (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Cuptime.co, or by placing an order through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Definitions
- “Website” means Cuptime.co and all associated pages, tools, and checkout functionality.
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” means any person or entity that browses, registers on, or places an order through the Website.
- “Order” means a request to purchase, lease, or receive on loan any product or service offered by CupTime.
- “Products” means coffee machines, grinders, tools and accessories, coffee beans, and related items listed for sale on the Website.
2. About CupTime
CupTime Trading W.L.L. supplies coffee machines and related products and services in Qatar, including machine sales, coffee supplies, technical support, and maintenance and servicing, catering to both individual and corporate clients under our Vending & Office and HORECA offerings.

3. Eligibility and Website Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract to place an Order on the Website. By using the Website, you confirm that the information you provide to us (including your name, contact details, and delivery address) is accurate and complete.
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false or misleading order or account information, or using the Website for any unlawful purpose.
4. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing
We aim to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Minor variations in machine appearance, packaging, or specification between suppliers and model years may occur.
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time your Order is placed and confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and to cancel any Order affected by such an error, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
Some Products, particularly commercial coffee machines and equipment, may be available under alternative arrangements in addition to outright cash purchase, including installment payment plans, lease-to-own agreements, and free-on-loan arrangements based on cup count or minimum monthly coffee refill purchases. Where applicable, the specific terms of such arrangements (including duration, minimum commitments, and applicable charges) will be confirmed with you separately in writing or via a signed agreement before the arrangement takes effect, and those specific terms will govern in the event of any conflict with this general clause.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an Order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products or Services. All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or delivery address issues.
You will receive an order confirmation once your Order has been placed. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your Order and does not itself constitute acceptance; your contract with CupTime is formed once we confirm that the Order has been processed and accepted for fulfillment.
At checkout, you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions, and, where our checkout map tool is used, select your delivery address from the suggested address list so that we can accurately locate and fulfil deliveries. Orders cannot be completed until both of these steps are satisfied.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods, unless you have entered into a separate installment, lease-to-own, or free-on-loan agreement with CupTime as described in Section 4. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
For corporate or bulk orders, invoicing and payment terms may be agreed separately in writing between CupTime and the client; such agreed terms will take precedence over this Section where they conflict.
7. Delivery
We deliver within Qatar to the address you select and confirm at checkout using our address and location tools. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate and complete. CupTime is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes may vary due to product availability, location, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery at info@cuptime.co or via our Maintenance/Repair line so that we can arrange an inspection, repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time following approval. Products purchased under installment, lease-to-own, or free-on-loan arrangements are subject to the return and cancellation terms set out in the specific agreement covering that arrangement.
This section provides a general overview. Where CupTime publishes a separate, more detailed Refund Policy on the Website, that policy will apply alongside this Section.
9. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Coffee machines and equipment sold by CupTime are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty applicable to that product, and, where offered, any additional service or maintenance package you have purchased. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions.
Our Technical Support and Maintenance and Services teams are available to assist with servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting. Charges may apply for maintenance visits or repairs that fall outside the scope of an applicable warranty or service agreement.
10. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an Order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@cuptime.co. Once an Order has been dispatched, it may only be returned in accordance with Section 8 above. Orders placed under installment, lease-to-own, or free-on-loan agreements are subject to the cancellation terms of the applicable signed agreement.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the CupTime name and branding, is the property of CupTime Trading W.L.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent, except as necessary to browse and use the Website for personal or authorized business purposes.
12. Prohibited Use
When using the Website, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation of the State of Qatar;
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an Order;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other user accounts, or CupTime’s systems;
- Use the Website to transmit any harmful code, spam, or unsolicited content;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website’s security features or normal operation.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may use third-party services, such as Google Maps, to help you select a delivery location and for payment processing. Your use of such third-party services is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices, and CupTime is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar, CupTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or the Products and Services, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Qatari law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Our total liability to you in connection with any Order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that Order, except where a separate written agreement (such as a lease-to-own or maintenance contract) states otherwise.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CupTime, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or the Products and Services.
16. Force Majeure
CupTime shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, supply chain disruptions, or shipping delays.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Cuptime.co, with the “Effective Date” above updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Website or placement of an Order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
