At Cuptime Trading WLL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Items with missing parts or accessories
- Custom or special-order items
- Perishable goods (e.g. coffee beans, if applicable)
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at alami@cuptime.co
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or video showing the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an item has been shipped, it must go through the return process.
